With our rapid projected expansion, the Live! Casino & Hotel Brand is seeking talented individuals to grow with us and contribute to our future success.

The Advertising Specialist will support all advertising and marketing efforts for Live! Casino & Hotel, including creative development, routing & review processes, managing strict timelines, and maintaining brand standards. This role involves close collaboration with the Agency of Record to ensure timely and on-brand project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments on marketing needs—such as tournaments, promotions, parties, and special events—to produce coupons, brochures, posters, signage, invitations, and advertisements.
  • Track expenditures, generate reports, support media buys, reconcile invoices, and manage the marketing budget.
  • Meet with third-party account executives to review advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate with outside advertising agencies on media buys, collateral, and creative work.
  • Work closely with vendors on collateral production.
  • Manage over 100 jobs monthly, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Contribute to building a positive community image.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or media/advertising environment.
  • Agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion collaboratively.
  • Previous gaming experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in environments where alcohol and smoking are present.
  • Must obtain and maintain required licenses as per regulatory standards.
