We design for scale, speed, and empathy, and we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us craft mobile and web experiences that redefine convenience and build long-term customer loyalty. As a part of the product design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation in the world’s largest company. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You'll be responsible for creating and championing highly usable experiences and bringing the highest level of craft to your work.

This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas, where we are expanding our design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus.

  • Ability to produce great work in short timeframes and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of Design Thinking principles and practices.
  • Experience with Design Sprints and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Ability to view problems from various angles and create well-rounded solutions.
  • A self-starter attitude, organized, and eager to improve.

You will make an impact by:

  • Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft.
  • Partnering with research, product managers, and engineers to create insightful solutions.
  • Balancing business goals with user needs.
  • Rapid prototyping and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Creating scalable experiences with our Design System team.
  • Championing Design Thinking throughout the business.
  • Communicating with kindness and empathy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Staying updated with industry trends.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in product design.
