Overview The Transfusion Global Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, supporting new product development projects to grow Transfusion revenue globally. This role involves managing global implementation of new product projects and supporting lifecycle activities including post-market surveillance.
Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables supporting Transfusion revenue growth.
Manage active product lines and support market products and solutions.
Coordinate with departments to balance customer needs with business profitability.
Support regional marketing with communications, sales tools, and branding.
Maintain post-market surveillance reports for the Transfusion product line.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work flexible hours and travel globally as needed.
Networking/Key relationships
Work with R&D on lifecycle management and new product development.
Interface with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Sales and/or Marketing experience required.
Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated with results-driven mindset.
Ability to solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Influence and collaborate across functions.
High-quality work delivery within deadlines and budget.
Proficient in professional business communications.
Domestic and international travel approximately 25% required.
