Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Creative Coordinator

  • Provides support in maintaining and assigning the Creative Team's workload and schedules
  • Coordinates and onboards freelancer set-ups and invoicing with accounting and legal
  • Prepares tech packs and design files for print and production across our client's extensive roster in Tour, Retail, and eComm
  • Collaborates with Creative Leads on project prep tasks such as researching artists, pulling product templates, and sourcing products
  • This is a 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion

Required Skills For Creative Coordinator

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Apple products, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems
  • Experience with various forms of print and pre-production process, including screen printing four-color and digital
  • Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management skills, and systems thinking
