Job Summary

Meneses Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating social media scheduling, increasing organic engagement, and conversion. You will manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to increase engagement on our social media channels. This position will lead a team of social media associates, so experience in a supervisory or leading social media associates is required.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the content created for social media meets quality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and impressions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor team responses to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image and foster engagement with the audience.
  • Provide feedback to social media team , revisions of tasks and including suggestions for improvement in visuals, captions and hashtags.
  • Prepare reports on social media key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, views and impressions for organic media on different platforms.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise with content, platforms, or audience interactions promptly and effectively to maintain the integrity of the brand's online presence.
  • Develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas for upcoming campaigns, and ensure that content aligns with overarching marketing goals.
  • Provide training and support to social media team from onboarding stage, updating and guiding social media team on emerging trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously enhance the brand's social media strategy and stay informed of the competition
  • Be available to address any urgent requests that may arise outside of regular working hours, with sporadic checking on the performance of virtual assistants outside of working hours.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills/ Abilities

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audience
  • Experience in a supervisory role or leading others is required.
  • Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suire and MacOS systems.
  • Self-motivated, high achiever and with excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment with fast-paced changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut and Adobe CS Suite and other content creation programs.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Job Types: Full-time

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing, excellent mathematics, language skills, and outstanding analytical insights.

Compensation

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
