Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Editor to support the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) IV for United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) J2. The primary location will be in Offutt AFB, NE. If interested and qualified, apply for this impactful opportunity.

Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
Location: Offutt AFB, NE
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with a Current CI Poly (within 5 years)

Required Qualifications/Skills
- At least five years’ experience as an all-source analyst authoring or editing intelligence products focused on Order of Battle (OOB), disposition, capabilities, and/or doctrine for strategic forces or regional analysis of peer and near-peer adversaries.
- At least five years of specialized training with 3-5 years of civilian or military intelligence analysis or editing experience, or equivalent in private/academic sectors.
- Experience with IC and DoD tools (COLISEUM, e-Task, SharePoint); training on USSTRATCOM-specific tools (TMT) may be required.
