We are seeking a social, dynamic, and energetic individual with experience in the fitness and/or wellness industries and an interest or, preferably, experience in sales to manage the Stretch Zone studio in Aiken, SC. The selected applicant will be provided with systems, management, sales, and stretch training. Stretch certification will be required, and some travel to obtain the relevant training will be necessary.
The selected applicant will be a leader. He or she will be detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter who takes pride in a job well done. The applicant will be adept at basic computer functions and comfortable with learning new programs.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Studio Manager:
- Develop business by introducing potential clients to Stretch Zone methods and tailoring stretch programs to their needs.
- Organize off-site events and collaborations to promote the studio and generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and individualized practitioner-assisted stretching to clients.
- Manage studio staff to ensure effective hours, meet sales KPIs, maintain client satisfaction, ensure protocol compliance, facilitate staff training, and keep the premises clean and safe.
- Foster a positive studio culture and support staff retention.
- Assist with expense management and provide regular reports to ownership.
- Stay current with all Stretch Zone systems used in operations.
- Handle operational tasks such as inventory management, front desk duties, and membership processing.
