Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. Brand Management & Content Marketing: Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website. Manage and enhance the companys online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.). Optimize lead generation and conversion through targeted advertising and landing pages. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Partnership & Public Relations: Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility. Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms. Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. Monitor ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Hospitality industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B/B2C marketing. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.
Compensation
Base salary: $80,000-$100,000/year
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
