Job title: Technical Writer - AI/ML Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Pay rate: $170/hr on W2 Top skills: ML/AI technical writers with experience in API documentation and coding ability Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to document our technical products and developer tools. The role involves creating clear documentation for integrating and utilizing Anthropic's technologies, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), API documentation, product guides, SDKs, and more. The ideal candidate has technical writing expertise and can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain technical documentation for developer products Document APIs, SDKs, protocols, and integration patterns Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and research teams to gather technical info Develop code samples, tutorials, and quickstart guides Review and edit documentation for accuracy and clarity Incorporate feedback to improve documentation quality Qualifications: 5+ years of technical writing experience with a portfolio of API and developer documentation Ability to document complex systems accessibly Experience with documentation workflows like Git, Markdown, static site generators Coding experience in Python, TypeScript, or similar Understanding of modern software development practices Excellent communication skills Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams Preferred Skills: Experience with AI/ML tools, platforms, or APIs Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM concepts Background in software development or engineering Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated documentation workflows Experience with API specs like OpenAPI/Swagger For more opportunities at LeadStack, visit our careers page .
