What You’ll Do:
Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable telehealth experiences across multiple platforms.
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for innovative healthcare solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements based on patient needs, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize the telehealth experience.
Present design solutions to stakeholders, including executive leadership and medical professionals.
Contribute to design system development and maintain a consistent user experience.
Lead design thinking workshops and foster innovation in healthcare UX/UI.
Must-Haves:
7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with demonstrable experience in healthcare or medical technology.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital healthcare solutions and user-centered design work.
Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Understanding of and ability to design within Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience designing for telehealth or medical applications.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Track record of launching successful healthcare products.
Understanding of healthcare privacy requirements (HIPAA).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.48 to $63.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
