RUMOR is on the hunt for an Integrated Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both the precision of programmatic platforms and the negotiation power of traditional media buying.

You’ll work closely with our Vice President of Integrated Media to further enhance your media buying skills. You’ll work with creative, and analytics experts to deliver impactful campaigns for a variety of clients across many industries. What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, negotiate, and buy media across programmatic (CTV/OTT, digital audio) and traditional (radio, broadcast TV, OOH, print) platforms Translate strategies into smart, targeted media plans
• Translate campaign strategies into smart, effective media plans aligned with audience behavior and client goals
• Negotiate rates, manage vendor relationships, and ensure added value
• Analyze media performance and optimize for effectiveness and efficiency
• Stay ahead of media trends and platform innovations
• Work cross-functionally with creative, account, social, and dev teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of media buying/planning experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency with Freewheel/Strata media software
• Hands-on experience with DSPs like StackAdapt or The Trade Desk (a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset
• Solid understanding of audience targeting and media analytics
• Passion for media and staying ahead of industry trends
