- Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
- Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
- Plan and participate in lead generation activities
- Participate in studio events and other promotions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Flexibility in the hours is required - Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon/evening shifts will be required
- MUST HAVE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY
- Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement.
- A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
- Must be a self starter and highly motivated
- Must have effective time management skills
- Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus
- Must have the ability to work the morning shifts opening 4:30 AM on M/W/F and 5:30 AM T/Th.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour

With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
