The Role We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of high-converting e-commerce storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with strong UI/UX expertise and a passion for creating seamless, data-informed user journeys—particularly within the Shopify ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and client teams to bring storefronts to life. A background in agency work is highly valued, as it equips you to juggle multiple projects, collaborate across disciplines, and confidently manage client-facing relationships. This role calls for both creative execution and strategic thinking. You should be comfortable driving design decisions, articulating the “why” behind your work, and helping clients align their goals with user-centric solutions. What You’ll Do Own and execute end-to-end design for e-commerce storefronts, from concept to implementation. Design with a focus on usability, performance, and conversion optimization. Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure designs meet both business goals and technical feasibility. Present your work with clarity and confidence in client and stakeholder meetings. Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across brands and experiences. Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in all deliverables. What We’re Looking For Professional Role: Current or previous role as UI/UX Designer or Digital Designer. Experience: 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally within the e-commerce space. Agency Background: Experience working in a digital agency setting—skilled at managing multiple projects, clients, and timelines. E-commerce Focus: Deep understanding of designing for the online retail environment. Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance user needs with business goals and shape the overall product vision. Shopify (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Shopify or Shopify Plus is a plus. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—both visual and verbal. Leadership: Confident in leading design discussions, owning decisions, and mentoring when needed. Attention to details: Strong visual sensibility and attention to details. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, design craft, and measurable impact on e-commerce performance.
