Position Overview: We are seeking UX Product Design Team Leaders to join our UX Design Practice, focusing on SaaS-based Fintech solutions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and technical expertise in complex user experience activities, including research, testing, interactive and visual design. Review research findings, user personas, and participate in creating concepts, information architecture, UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; mentor junior designers; organize team processes. Lead visual style implementation aligned with platform branding; interpret user feedback for UX improvements. Review usability artifacts to ensure user satisfaction; advocate for user experience across the organization. Create and update UI and visual design standards; train and support other teams in UX best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, UX, design, HCI, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of relevant experience; experience in securities or financial services is a plus. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $300,000 annually, determined based on experience, location, and other factors.
