Role Responsibilities:

• Wash all china, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Store equipment properly and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work during all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures. Complete all safety training as required.
