The Evoke Agency is expanding - we're looking for a new senior leader to support our lifestyle and beauty marketing

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring all deliverables align with strategic objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact work that meets client goals.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with agency experience and a track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. If you excel at client service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Lead project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, from concept to launch.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business pitches.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of clients’ industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Work closely with the Account Director to ensure alignment on client needs and agency goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles in a marketing, advertising, or PR agency.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, brand strategy, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Initial contract length: [e.g., 6 months], with performance-based opportunity for full-time conversion.
