Amazing Lash Studio Manager Benefits

• Full Time 30-40 hours per week
• Hourly $14-$16 per hour starting depending on experience, with increases as studio goals are achieved
• Sales commission per membership sold

Manager Qualifications

• Management experience, including sales and/or operations roles
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team efficiently and ensure smooth operations
• Implementing structure, policies, and procedures
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
