$75-$80/hr **TOP 3 SKILLS:** 6+ years of Field Marketing experience within B2B tech Proficiency in marketing tools such as Gen AI, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Adobe Express, and Sendoso Ability to interpret lead, pipeline, and conversion data and translate it into actionable insights POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to join our team. This role serves as a strategic business partner between marketing and sales, acting as the primary interface and advocate. The Senior RMM will be deeply embedded with the sales organization, gaining a thorough understanding of their objectives and collaborating with various marketing functions to develop, execute, and measure Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs). This position is responsible for achieving pipeline and revenue targets within the designated region/business segment and involves close collaboration with functional experts across marketing, sales enablement, sales development, alliances, and value management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Alignment & Strategy:
Ensure robust cross-functional alignment with sales to prioritize and implement marketing programs that effectively support business goals and revenue targets. Drive innovation, collaboration, and development of outcome-oriented marketing solutions. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with the GTM Program Manager & extended marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing strategies utilizing a variety of tactics, including events, digital and email marketing, webinars, paid media, sales enablement, and partner marketing. Market & Sales Pipeline Analysis:
Leverage data to optimize in-market programs, monitor and analyze pipeline needs, & adjust plans as required to generate new pipeline and support progression. Trusted Marketing SME for Sales:
Serve as the primary point-of-contact between Sales & Marketing, representing Marketing in all sales/marketing interlocks (QBRs, demand boards, informal sales meetings, etc.) and channeling sales feedback across marketing. Budget Management & Performance Tracking:
Establish measurable goals, track progress, manage the budget, and optimize ROI on marketing programs. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies. Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed for event support, content creation, and other marketing activities. Brand Advocacy:
Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with our client’s brand guidelines and messaging. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 6 years of experience in regional or field marketing within a B2B tech or software environment. Strong executive presence and relationship management skills. In-depth understanding of B2B sales cycles, and proven track record of successful collaboration with sales and extended teams. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful regional marketing programs that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Gen AI, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Adobe Express, and Sendoso. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead, pipeline, and conversion data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience managing budgets and measuring the ROI of marketing programs. Experience enabling sales teams to leverage and maximize marketing programs and events, including goal setting. Experience planning and managing virtual and in-person events. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. Preferred Qualifications include the ability to work strategically and collaboratively across functions, excellent project management skills, understanding of North American regional business dynamics, and experience in marketing to the manufacturing industry.
