Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Major Players | B Corp A leading B2B technology services company is seeking a dynamic Global Social Media Manager to drive social strategies across 3 distinct brands within their portfolio. This is your chance to shape the social presence of established market leaders while working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll step into a highly collaborative team where everyone masters their own domain but works together seamlessly. Working in a reactive environment, you'll need to pivot quickly based on performance insights while maintaining the freedom to explore new channels when you can build the business case. Key Responsibilities Manage social media strategy & execution across 3 distinct brands within the group Own all posting, scheduling, content calendars, & social strategy development Execute paid social campaigns with budget management & performance optimization Build business cases for new channel exploration & platform expansion Analyze social performance data & react quickly to optimize campaigns Manage senior stakeholder relationships with clear, strategic communication Develop & maintain brand voice consistency across multiple platforms & brands Skills & Experience Strong B2B social media experience with sales/revenue focus Proven paid social experience Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously Data-driven approach with strong analytics & reporting skills Experience building business cases for new initiatives/channels Personal Attributes Masters of their domain but highly collaborative Thrives in fast-paced, reactive environments Strategic thinker who can execute tactically Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders Innovative mindset with business acumen If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, then please get in contact with me or connect via LinkedIn.
