Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000.00/Yr. - $70,000/Yr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

It’s all about content - you will lead a team of 5-7 people to create daily compelling live radio and video content. You will majorly influence the show’s social and digital branding across all platforms. You will work with the show hosts on topic development, guests, and promotional ideas.

In This Role, You Will:

• Work closely with the on-air staff and lead video producers and digital staff.
• Collaborate with hosts on building a daily rundown
• Manage daily expectations of on-air hosts and programming strategy
• Generate topics that drive conversations and listenership
• Book big-name guests
• Create local and national buzz.
• Use video to help social promotion and digital content
• Create Sports Gambling content
• Collaborate with other Audacy Sports stations
• Travel to big-time sporting events (Super Bowl, March Madness, etc)
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Be able to work nights.
• In-depth knowledge of the Sports Gambling Space
• Track record of creating a compelling rundown
• An eye for great content in the moment, and the ability to distribute that content to the necessary departments.
• Quality guest Rolodex
• Candidate must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Have a great attitude
• Exceptional digital audio and video editing skills
• Three years of audio or video producing experience is required
• Must be able to work weekends and nights as this job may require it
• Open to travel to live remote broadcasts
