The responsibilities for this role include: Understanding and executing all aspects of the design process and project complexities to contribute to the success of the team, while adhering to firm and project standards in interior design, execution, and living design. Developing and coordinating detailed design concepts, functional requirements, and project-design criteria. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, understanding technical skills and certifications, and proficiency in relevant software and tools. The role requires a professional degree in interiors, architecture, or related discipline, and certifications such as LEED AP or others are preferred.
