What You Will Do

• Create and serve delicious drinks and food following standards
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Upsell premium products
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences
• Monitor alcohol consumption per guidelines
• Answer guest questions and operate cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Earn a guaranteed rate if tips do not meet expectations

What It Takes to Succeed

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of beverage safety regulations
• Previous bartending experience (2+ years preferred)
• Skills with popular cocktail recipes
• Experience serving international guests in theme parks desirable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Food & Beverage Safety certifications
• Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
