Responsibilities: Experienced IVR designer to develop and optimize cloud based IVR solutions that enhance our members experience.
Candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms (i.e AWS Connect, Google Dialog flow, Genesys Cloud) voice user interface design, conversational design and speech recognition technologies.
IVR Designer will gather requirements from IVR product managers to help create self service experiences for a modernized platform.
IVR Designer will make recommendations based on experience to use various capabilities to best solve the members experience.
IVR Designer will design on a cloud platform, driving both AI and deterministic flows.
Responsibilities and deliverables include high level designs, detailed designs, testing of flow and all associated documentation
