We are seeking a proven high performer to lead the development of a new financial model, partnership, and business rhythm focused on outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with business leads across Creative, Technology & Broadcast Operations, Production Studios, and Event Sponsorships to understand and influence revenue drivers (e.g., ticket sales, sponsorships), expenses, and mitigate risks. Establish clear communication channels with funding teams to drive budget and execution accountability. Connect event spending with outcomes to ensure leadership understands and measures investment returns. Help budget owners understand trade-offs within their portfolios to make informed investment decisions. Team and Role Overview

The Marketing finance team manages investments for the Global Media & Partnerships, Communications, Monetization & Business Planning, and Global Demand Center teams. This role is part of the Marketing & Consumer Sales Finance team and the Experiences + Devices, and Marketing (EDM) Finance organization. As a Marketing Events Finance Leader, you will provide strategic guidance, collaborate with marketing partners, support business rhythm, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates will develop a deep interest in first and third-party events, thrive in ambiguity, and be eager to take on challenges. Business Partnership:

Drive spend optimization and rationalization for in-person events, evaluate vendor capacity, and assess financial impacts. Global Demand Center Rhythm of Business:

Provide financial leadership, updates, and risk assessments to the GDC CVP, helping understand monetary levers and trade-offs. Operations Team Alignment:

Act as the primary finance contact for the Events Operations Team. Finance Rhythm of Business:

Plan, communicate, and execute financial processes including close, forecasting, and planning. Financial Transparency:

Develop insightful financial and operational views for leadership. Long-term Contracts & Liabilities:

Manage contracts and financial liabilities, support negotiations. Thought Leadership:

Manage and influence financial assumptions for corporate sponsorships, third-party events, and engagement models. Funding Decisions:

Analyze funding status, facilitate trade-offs, and flag risks. Leadership Support:
