What This Role Will Do:

• Sell VIP upgrades, priority entry, and premium experiences to concert patrons.
• Handle sales from pitch to payment to experience fulfillment.
• Check-in, escort, and assist VIP clients, ensuring a VIP experience.
• Recognize VIP clients, Foundation Room members, and Live Nation executives, fostering appreciation.
• Build relationships with returning VIP clients and coordinate operations on show nights.
• Execute VIP setup and tear-down duties as needed.
• Maintain professional grooming and articulate communication.
• Occasionally work at special events throughout the venue.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in VIP or high-end guest relations and sales.
• Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.
• Flexible schedule, available evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
