What You'll Do (The Mission):
As a UI Engineer, you will be the architect of the visual and interactive layers that define our platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Design & Build: Developing sophisticated user interfaces for our web applications using Next.js and React.
- Craft Visual Excellence: Using Tailwind CSS to create consistent, responsive, and visually appealing UI components.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborating with backend engineers and designers to translate complex designs into functional interfaces.
- Connect the Experience: Implementing data fetching strategies with Next.js and REST APIs for dynamic UI-backend integration.
- Optimize for Performance: Ensuring fast, fluid user experiences across all devices.
- Maintain & Improve: Writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews.
- Stay Ahead: Exploring and adopting latest frontend trends and technologies.
Who You Are (The Qualifications):
You're a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and adherence to WCAG.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience with Dashboard UI design.
- Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL and testing tools such as Storybook and Jest.
- Problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
