We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Community Liaison (Marketer) to join our team in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions for home health services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources in the community.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referrals and admissions.
• Educate referral sources on the benefits of home health services and our agency's capabilities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients.
• Track and report on referral and admission activity to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing, preferably in home health.
• Proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
