IN PERSON: Senior Graphic Designer - Print Experience AlphaGraphics-Madison is seeking a highly experienced graphic designer for an immediate, full-time position with benefits. This is an in-person role based in Madison, WI. Candidates must have full-time graphic design experience, strong creative and technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced print production environment. Willingness to assist in all departments as needed is essential. Compensation is competitive and includes full health and dental benefits. Responsibilities include: Producing high-quality creative and production design work in a fast-paced environment Handling customer files, pre-flighting, and operating production equipment Collaborating with the Graphic Design Supervisor, Production Manager, and Sales Team from concept to production Staying updated on industry and software changes Interpreting customer requests accurately Communicating actively with customers, management, and colleagues Designing and executing large format projects, including setting up files for vinyl cutting and signage Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Mac and Windows) Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple schedules Experience with large format printing and design Full-time experience in the print industry preferred College degree in Graphic Design This role requires full in-person presence.
