As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company representing industry-leading digital advertising and marketing solutions. Your role involves developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, building long-term customer relationships, and leveraging CoStar Group’s industry knowledge to grow your client portfolio through prospecting, industry trend analysis, and product demonstrations.

We provide extensive training to prepare new Sales Executives with product and industry knowledge, and opportunities to develop skills in digital marketing and sales through collaboration with internal experts.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
  • Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate across teams to increase sales revenue.
  • Market Expertise: Develop expertise in digital advertising, CRE, and market trends.
  • Customer Focus: Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, which may require travel outside of your usual driving radius.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of successful full-cycle B2B sales and account management experience in related fields.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building relationships with senior/c-suite clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter with teamwork and independence skills.

This role is open to candidates eligible to work full-time in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
