Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or multimedia arts, or three years of work experience in graphic design or a related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience demonstrating the knowledge and skills equivalent to those above. Knowledge of layout, print production media, and desktop publishing is required.

Proficiency in Photoshop (intermediate), Illustrator (intermediate), InDesign (intermediate), and CMS (advanced), along with strong overall computer skills, is required. Experience with HTML and XML coding, as well as photography skills, is a plus.

The position requires excellent creative, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a solid understanding of conceptualization, layout, typography, grid systems, hierarchy, imagery, and use of space. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and understanding client objectives is essential. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
