Job Description

• Assist the Community Manager in managing the property, overseeing the leasing team, and training staff.
• Support Leasing Professionals in apartment leasing while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Enhance resident satisfaction and retention by responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Handle rental collections and oversee community accounting functions.
• Meet regularly with the Community and Regional Managers to discuss leasing issues and community performance.
• Maintain lease files and community records.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Experience & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous experience in multifamily property management (Preferred)
• Professional appearance and conflict resolution skills
• Yardi software experience (Highly Desired)

Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based, with the ability to walk the property and climb stairs
• Work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals
