Job Title: JCIDS Technical Writer Job Location: Coronado, CA Salary: $94k-$96K Clearance: Secret Purpose: Located onboard the Naval Expeditionary Base Coronado, CA, this role requires professional support services in Requirements Generation and documentation in accordance with JCIDS and SOFCIDS processes. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Perform technical analysis and writing to support the customer, in accordance with Personnel and Security Requirements. Ensure documents are written in accordance with all applicable JCIDS/SOFCIDS standards, instructions, directives, and references. Write and submit documents to the customer in a clear, articulate manner, in proper form and format. Requirements: Possess a valid state driver’s license. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Accurate data entry into multiple databases. Possess a SECRET Security Clearance. Job-Specific Knowledge and Experience: Program/Project Management & SOF Experience (desired). Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in a related discipline and 10 years of experience. Experience with JCIDS and/or SOFCIDS (required). DAU certificates in CLR 101, RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252, and RQM 310 (desired).
