We are looking for an Advertising Manager for The N2 Company. Our magazines are mailed directly to the top-producing agents in each market and share personal stories that connect, elevate, and inspire.
Who we are looking for:
An ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
While the daily activities of an Advertising Manager primarily involve sales, it is not a traditional sales role. Many of our Advertising Managers, known as Area Directors, have prior sales experience, but our unique low-pressure sales approach and other aspects of the role mean our most successful team members operate more like business owners.
We provide extensive training and a support system to help all Area Directors succeed, regardless of their prior experience.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Meet with local business owners for low-pressure consultative meetings to explore potential partnerships with The N2 Company.
- Develop a network within the real estate community through a proven engagement model.
- Plan and execute events aimed at connecting top agents and preferred clients using the N2 formula.
- Build relationships with realtors and identify potential partners and recommendations.
