Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Human-Centered Design and .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to create seamless user experiences aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of UI/UX and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces based on user-centered design principles.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional and appealing user interfaces.
Develop front-end components and implement UI enhancements using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.).
Design and develop scalable backend solutions utilizing .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, etc.).
Ensure responsiveness, performance, and security of applications.
Integrate front-end and backend services to deliver end-to-end functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in human-centered design principles and methodologies.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Proficiency in front-end development using .NET technologies.
Experience in backend development with .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, etc.).
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
Knowledge of accessible design principles.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc. .
Understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
Knowledge of Material Design patterns.
