Responsibilities
- Promptly turn over the sauna room after guest use, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next appointment
- Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel supplies
- Create towel bundles for guest accessibility
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- Support Sales Associates with sales and back-of-house tasks
- Respond to guest inquiries and conduct studio tours for new guests
- Prior customer service experience is a plus!

- A proven record of good attendance and sales experience
