THE POSITION
We are seeking an Associate Producer, Social/Digital to join our content production team, focusing on producing social and digital video content for the FanDuel sportsbook brand.
If you have strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and thrive in a dynamic environment working with brand and business stakeholders, this role may be for you. Experience in agency, production, television marketing, or client-side roles is welcomed.
Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Collaborate with senior producers and stakeholders to:
- Define project scope and parameters
- Establish resource needs, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with the Digital Video Content Studio team
- Manage projects to ensure successful and timely completion
- QC all video deliverables with attention to detail
- Organize assets, contracts, legal, and talent rights documentation
- Monitor production activities within budgets and deadlines
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Gather feedback and facilitate meetings
THE STATS
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of brand & advertising production experience
- Familiarity with digital video workflows and delivery specs
- Strong production & post-production management skills
- Exceptional project management abilities
- Fluency in video, production, legal, and project management disciplines
- Experience with in-house post-production teams
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and remain balanced under pressure
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus
- Experience in regulated industries or with SAG/Union rules is a plus

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $90,000 USD, depending on experience and location. Benefits include insurance options, 401(k), incentives, paid time off, and holidays.
