Job Summary As the Lead, Content Developer, the job holder is t

o spearhead the design and development of high-quality eLearning courseware and digital learning content.

In this leadership role, you will

oversee the production lifecycle of digital learning experiences, ensuring alignment with instructional goals, learner needs, brand guidelines, and technical standards. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Content Development: •

Lead the end-to-end development of digital learning content

including eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, microlearning, and blended learning solutions. •

Redrawing of graphic assets. •

Redesigning content layouts

based on

provided UI/theme. •

Generate voiceovers

(using

Machine voice generator

). •

Support the Project Manager (PM) with accounting, consolidation and signing off of all work done. •

Work with Instructional Designer (ID) team

to design and develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learning. •

Video compositing and editing. •

Perform courseware testing. • Other ad-hoc duties required to facilitate development progress. Leadership: •

Manage multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and budget expectations. •

Lead a team of content developers

as needed. •

Define project scope, timelines, and production workflows. •

Review and provide quality assurance

for all deliverables. Job Specifications EDUCATION Bachelor holder in either Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production or related qualifications. EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience

in

designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programmes

and

minimum 2 years in a lead or senior role

.

Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects. SKILLS •

Proficiency in the English language. •

Good verbal and writing skills. •

Technically competent in various development tools,

such as

Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft Powerpoint, Video/audio editing tools, etc. •

Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design. •

Knowledge in design principles and video editing

is

required. •

Knowledge of gamification and scenario-based learning

in education. • Candidates should be

meticulous and self-disciplined

, with strong emphasis on task achievement. •

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. •

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. •

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proactive and able to work as a team. Singaporean ONLY
