Responsibilities:
Deeply understand customer needs & challenges for small business owners (both expressed and latent), analyze market opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to unlock growth.
Monitor the competitive landscape and broader market trends to identify new customer needs and market opportunities.
Generate actionable customer insights to inform marketing and product strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research, Analytics, Finance, Customer Success) to prioritize initiatives and influence roadmaps.
Collaborate with Market Research to identify trends and generate consumer insights.
Work with Product teams to improve funnel performance and messaging.
Partner with Finance & Analytics to measure performance and develop business cases.
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize pricing, customer experience, and product features.
Own weekly business performance metrics and establish KPIs.
Requirements:
BA/BA required or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred.
The pay range is based on current market conditions and may be adjusted. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
