Charter One is now accepting applications for a Multimedia Specialist. The role is responsible for video and photo production and editing for organizational stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Produce and edit photos and videos for use on web and social media.
• Create engaging and informative content that supports organizational goals.
• Develop video concepts, storyboards, scripts, and footage to align with project
• requirements and client needs.
• Assists with multiple projects and works independently in a detail-oriented, fast-paced,
• fun, innovative, and deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand and exceed client goals.
• Schedule and coordinate client video shoot.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret feedback, execute on vision, and collaborate closely with
• marketing team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently.

• General proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google email, and Box.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
• Basic understanding of web development principles and Meta for integrating and

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Wrike project management, Meta, and Google.
• Previous advertising agency experience is a plus.
• Basic experience in Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
• Graphic design capabilities, including illustrations, icons, and animations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film and video production, digital media, marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of video and photo experience is preferred but not required.
