Rival Digital, LLC. is hiring: Visual Designer in Chesapeake

We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team and help bring digital experiences to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across web, mobile, and social platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for websites, digital ads, landing pages, presentations, and social media
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly designs
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual systems across digital touchpoints
• Work with developers to ensure design integrity through implementation
• Create mood boards, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals that align with business goals
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital design language and asset libraries

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in visual design, digital design, or related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work across web, mobile, and social
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or Adobe XD
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on deadline
• A collaborative spirit and ability to take creative feedback constructively
