We are currently seeking a collaborative teammate to join the Corporate Communications team as aSenior Visual Designer.In this role, you will be responsible for designing dynamic communications and marketing deliverables for the company.
What you will do:
- Create engaging designs for marketing/educational materials, internal messaging, and operational needs.
- Develop mock-ups and design assets for websites (UX/UI experience)
- Provide creative direction and feedback on design projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department resources to conceptualize and design content that supports campaign assets.
- Work with Communications leadership to develop meaningful social media campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of branded concepts for digital media board graphics to align with important dates, events, and messaging.
- Develop templates for various assets by department and/or deliverable.
- Create, film, and edit teammate and Company videos.
- Edit designs for accuracy and based on feedback from the review process.
- Ensure FCCI brand standards throughout all designed layouts; maintain and enforce brand standards across all visual communication channels, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
The selected candidate will work from our home office in Sarasota, FL, but can also work from one of our following regional offices in Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA or our Southwest office in Richardson, TX. This is an in-office role with a hybrid schedule, (3 days in office).

The salary range for this position is $68,664-$105,739 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
