  4. Relationship Builder: Cultivate lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing queries promptly, and managing policy renewals with precision. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other vital insurance products.
  5. Market Strategist: Stay ahead of the industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. Use your insights to inform strategic sales approaches.
  6. Process Contributor: Play a vital role in enhancing our internal processes, leveraging your understanding of underwriting, General Liability, and equipment breakdown from a commercial building perspective.

What You'll Bring

  1. Licensed & Experienced: You hold a valid insurance broker license (NIPR membership preferred) and possess 3-5 years of essential Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
  2. Surplus Lines Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of Surplus Lines experience is essential.
  3. Sales Prowess: A proven ability to persuade, present, and close deals with confidence.
  4. Product Mastery: Deep familiarity with a wide range of property insurance products (home, commercial, rental).
  5. Strategic Thinker: You're not just a seller; you're a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of underwriting and a vision for building robust infrastructure.
  6. Communication Powerhouse: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to connect with diverse clients.
  7. Relationship Guru: Exceptional ability to build rapport and cultivate trust, fostering long-term client loyalty.
  8. Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  9. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
