Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One (1) year experience in customer service in a library preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience using PeopleSoft is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize information
- Ability to work independently
- Computer skills required
- Ability to interact professionally with faculty and students
