Job Summary
SWTHZ is seeking a highly motivated Sales & People leader to join our dynamic studio team. The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of a SweatHouz studio’s performance by managing revenue, sales, operations, customer experience, and community impact.
The ideal candidate is a sales and customer service expert, with strong leadership skills. They should have experience in sales, coaching sales teams, customer service training, marketing, lead generation, and leading by example.

What you will do
- Lead sales initiatives by contacting leads, scheduling sessions, welcoming prospective clients, converting them to members, and following up on missed sales.
- Assemble, lead, and train a team of sales and education specialists to meet monthly sales targets and serve existing customers.
- Ensure studio cleanliness and excellent customer experience by overseeing staff, including cleaning personnel.
- Engage in grassroots marketing within the community, leveraging company events.
- Manage studio expenses such as payroll and marketing budgets.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans.

- Meeting and exceeding new member monthly goals

- Maintaining high secret shopper scores
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in sales
- At least 1 year in management
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience with membership sales is highly advantageous
