Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Edit and produce high-impact video and audio content for internal use (e.g., leadership messages, training, employee features) and external distribution (e.g., brand campaigns, social, thought leadership)
  • Apply motion graphics, animation, and sound design to elevate storytelling and audience engagement
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute multimedia projects
  • Ensure all multimedia aligns with our brand guidelines, voice, and values
  • Optimise content for various platforms — from LinkedIn to internal channels — with a focus on engagement and performance
  • Manage multimedia asset libraries and production workflows with accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay current with trends, formats, and tools in multimedia production to keep our output fresh and future-ready

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in video and audio editing, ideally in a marketing or corporate communications setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video, audio, and motion content across multiple formats and platforms
  • Proficiency with editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
  • Ability to tell powerful visual stories with attention to pacing, tone, and audience
  • Experience creating motion graphics and animated explainers is highly desirable
