Duration: Contract starting ASAP- 40 hours/weekly

Pay Rate: $70.00-$75.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional production of large-scale marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio.
• Manage complex projects, coordinating people, timelines, meetings, and creative teams—while keeping goals on track with strong communication and diplomacy.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to delivery, across print, digital, video, OOH, DM, social, swag, and more.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients—defining goals, deliverables, milestones, and scope.
• Guide creative development by supporting ideation, aligning strategy, and ensuring teams have the resources and clarity needed to deliver.
• Manage external partners and vendors as needed, including overseeing SoWs, POs, and production across print, multimedia, and motion.
• Maintain campaign standards by enforcing best practices, including creative testing and applying key media learnings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in creative production and project management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives—ideally within tech or media—across design, copy, video, web, events, and social content.
• Proven track record producing paid media campaigns from concept to deployment, including placements across app stores, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid digital platforms.
• Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset—able to anticipate project needs, identify next steps, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations and align with business goals, creative feedback, and brand standards.
• Excellent multi-channel communicator—confident running meetings, fielding calls, managing Slack and email threads, taking detailed notes, and updating project management tools to maintain alignment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma a plus; experienced with project management tools like Wrike, Workfront, Monday.com, and Trello.
