Role Summary:
This Associate supports the Partnerships & Client Experience team within the Corporate Brand & Integrated Marketing team in the Executive Office. The role involves bringing the Goldman Sachs brand and OneGS experience to life through strategic sponsorship and partnership activations, including executing a top-tier hospitality plan aligned with the firm’s initiatives and client interests. The position reports to the head of Partnerships & Client Experience and requires close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Brand Officer, and marketing leaders across revenue divisions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support firmwide sponsorship and partnership initiatives within the Partnerships and Client Experience team.
- Lead the execution of bespoke hospitality client experiences at global events.
- Assist with event and hospitality strategy execution in collaboration with divisions and event management.
- Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, registration, set-up, programming, promotional items, communications, and data tracking.
- Develop internal presentations, meeting agendas, and program summaries.
- Support the creation of personalized client communications to enhance the OneGS experience.
- Build relationships within the firm and with external vendors, brands, and agencies to drive hospitality strategy.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop creative ideas and solutions for event-related goals.
- Manage event calendars, budgets, and post-event reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, branding, or event partnerships, including B2B or B2C experiences.
- Strong understanding of luxury service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
- Up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple projects and engaging with senior leadership and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for events.
