Duties/Responsibilities:

Demand Planning Management

  • Analyze historical sell-through data and industrial data, conduct PSI meetings, and collaborate with the Sales team, Business Planning team, Product Marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure demand forecasts are reasonable and inventory levels meet channel requirements.
  • Manage demand planning for TV/HA ranges.

Fulfillment Management

  • Coordinate with factories in China and Mexico on capacity planning and production schedules to ensure timely delivery and meet customer orders across various trade modes (FOB, DDP, CIF, etc.).
  • Develop and monitor shipping plans from Mexico to US distribution centers, considering the distribution network and customer allocations, and improve the process through continuous evaluation.
  • Work with the Logistics team to track shipments from China and Mexico, ensuring on-time delivery to distribution centers and customers.

Inventory Management

  • Conduct inventory simulations based on forecasted sales and incoming plans, identify potential risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them, maintaining reasonable inventory turnover.
  • Monitor abnormal inventory levels regularly and coordinate with sales, planning, and logistics teams to prevent excess inventory.
  • Analyze channel inventory based on sell-through data, focusing on turnover and absolute numbers to manage inventory health effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in global sourcing, supply base management, demand planning, inventory planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP system, and data analysis.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, multitasking, and stress management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance.
