$100,000 – $130,000 Full-Time

We're a fast-growing SaaS company building a best-in-class HCM platform designed specifically for the healthcare and homecare industries. Our solutions power workforce operations for thousands of users across payroll, HR, time & attendance, and scheduling. Position Overview
We're hiring a Senior UX Designer to help lead the user experience strategy across our core platform. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong blend of UX thinking, visual execution, and functional documentation. You'll work closely with product owners and developers to design clean, intuitive workflows that solve complex problems for healthcare HR professionals.
From discovery to delivery, you'll drive every stage of the UX process — including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and writing clear product requirements. Experience with SaaS platforms and a strong portfolio of UX/UI work is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and engineers to design elegant, usable features
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
- Write clear, detailed user stories and functional requirements
- Lead or participate in user research and usability validation
- Contribute to and maintain our product's design system
- Balance day-to-day delivery with long-term design evolution
- Advocate for user-centered thinking in every discussion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience (B2B SaaS or enterprise strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio showing UX process and modern UI work
- Advanced skills in Figma (or equivalent)
- Experience writing user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Comfort designing for complex workflows and multi-role systems
- Bonus: Experience in HCM, payroll, scheduling, or healthcare platforms
Must-Haves
- 5+ years UX/UI experience in SaaS or complex platform environments
- Strong Figma skills and a clean design aesthetic
- Ability to write clear user stories and collaborate closely with developers
- Track record of turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive screens
