The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Market new business, determine coverages and premiums, prepare and present proposals to clients. Market coverages to carriers.
• Review and analyze existing client’s insurance needs on an annual basis with recommendations to purchase additional lines of products.
• Develop Centers of Influence for the purpose of establishing referrals.
• Develop a list of expiration dates to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Perform outside inspections and proper underwriting as needed.
• Agent is encouraged to further their insurance career by seeking Professional designations and becoming involved in community activities.
• Be familiar with and follow agency E&O guidelines.
• Assist claims CSRs in claims process as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• College degree required
• License preferred
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
• A strong attention to detail with a passion for providing quality customer service
• Must be a self-starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
